Education

Business Administration Marketing Management Commerce Other related business courses Experience Proven experience in sales, account management, or sales supervision. FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience is highly preferred. At least 3 years' experience in sales and distribution management is commonly preferred.

Experience in General Trade and/or Key Accounts is an advantage. Skills Strong leadership and people management skills. Sales planning and territory management. Negotiation and relationship-building skills. Analytical and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Other Requirements Must know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Possess a valid driver's license. Willing to travel extensively and be assigned within the territory. Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
