If you are great with people, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated to succeed, we will teach you the automotive side of the business.

Compensation

Experience in hospitality, retail, banking, wireless sales, restaurants, leasing, customer service, fitness, or other people-focused roles can translate extremely well to this position. Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented Dependable and professional Coachable and willing to learn Strong communication and relationship-building skills Focused on creating an excellent customer experience Qualifications: What You'll Do Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle Learn Nelson Auto Group's sales process, products, technology, and customer experience standards Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and video Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Maintain customer relationships before, during, and after the sale Work with the dealership team to create an easy, professional buying experience Why Nelson Auto Group?
