Clinical Operations Supervisor - Rural Health

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor for the Rural Health. In this role you will support day-to-day clinical and admin operations for LQTCs rural health services. You will facilitate ensuring that Veterans and rural populations receive timely, high-quality care and health services. This role partners with leadership, clinical providers, community organizations, and federal agency stakeholders to report on and drive execution and efficiency in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across dispersed rural sites.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of licensed clinical expertise and project management discipline, with sensitivity to the unique access and care coordination challenges facing rural patient populations.
