Member Service Representative II Location: Camillus, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Starting Pay for this role - $22.15/hour to $27.69/hour, actual starting pay will depend on experience Position is overtime eligible and incentive eligible The Opportunity: Member Service Representative II AmeriCU Credit Union is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Member Service Representative II to join our Financial Center Services team.

In this role, you’ll help members complete everyday transactions, understand their financial needs, and connect them with products and services that support their goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining exceptional service with consultative sales, lending support, and team leadership. What You’ll Do as a Member Service Representative II Member Service & Relationship Building Create a welcoming, professional experience for every member.

Build meaningful relationships by understanding members’ financial needs. Provide personalized solutions that help members achieve their financial goals. Transactions & Account Support Process teller transactions and assist members with everyday account servicing. Introduce and assist members with AmeriCU’s ITM technology.

Maintain accurate member records and account information. Sales & Lending Recommend credit union products and services based on members’ needs. Identify opportunities for consumer loans, credit cards, and real estate lending. Generate referrals and contribute to Financial Center sales and lending goals. Team Support & Training Serve as a lead trainer for new desk and teller-line employees.

Partner with internal teams to strengthen and expand member relationships. Provide support to other regional Financial Centers as needed. Compliance & Community Follow credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance with BSA, SAFE Act, and applicable risk controls.
