Health Monitoring: Take and record residents’ vital signs, assist with blood glucose checks and insulin administration, and document all activities and medications accurately. Resident Care: Partner with caregivers and kitchen staff to provide hands-on assistance with ADLs like grooming, bathing, dressing, and ambulation.

You'll use your skills to create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment that feels like home. Team Leadership (for Lead Med Techs): If you're a Lead Med Tech, you'll have the opportunity to mentor new team members, assist with scheduling, and represent facility leadership when needed.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a positive impact. Experience & Certifications: You must be at least 18 (or 17 with a C.N.A. certificate). A First Aid, CPR, and medication assistance certificate (or state equivalent) is required. Knowledge & Skills: You should have a solid understanding of medications, drug reactions, and safe medication assistance practices.

The ability to work with diverse populations, handle emergency situations calmly, and maintain confidentiality is essential. Physical Demands: This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to build meaningful relationships and truly enhance the quality of life for our residents.

If you're ready to bring your skills and heart to a supportive team, we encourage you to apply! #AMSL
