Volunteer Opportunities District Wide 2026-2027 School Year The Hempfield School District welcomes parents, guardians, and community members who wish to support students and school programs through volunteer service! All volunteers are required to obtain the appropriate clearances in accordance with Pennsylvania law and Board policy. PA Criminal Record Check (PATCH): Cost

Once an application is submitted, it will be reviewed and, if selected, the applicant will be contacted by the Human Resources Department regarding next steps. Volunteers may not begin service until they have received approval and completed the onboarding process with the Human Resources Department. All volunteers are expected to comply with district policies and procedures and maintain appropriate professional conduct while working with students and staff.
