HRIS Trainee (Full-time annual contract)

Assist in maintaining and updating employee data within the HR system.

Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across HR modules. Support the preparation of HR reports. Validate attendance, absence, organizational, and employee master data. Assist in mass data uploads and data cleansing activities. Monitor and report data discrepancies and support corrective actions. Prepare periodic reports using Excel and HR systems.

Maintain proper documentation of HR processes and transactions. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Years of Experience: +Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience. Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong professional communication and reporting skills.

Excel Skills: Excellent command of MS Excel. Systems: Experience with SAP or other HRIS is highly preferred (Nice-to-have). Attendance Management: Strong understanding of attendance systems, working hours, overtime, leave, and their impact on payroll calculations. Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential employee.
