Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR MIS Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making across our Human Resources function. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful HR data reporting, enabling strategic workforce planning and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in HR information systems, and a proactive approach to transforming complex HR data into actionable insights. This position plays a key role in enhancing HR transparency, compliance, and performance measurement across the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive HR reports and dashboards using HRIS platforms. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce metrics, including turnover, recruitment, performance, and diversity. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems and reports.
Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to define reporting needs and deliver tailored analytics. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Support HR initiatives such as talent planning, succession management, and organizational effectiveness through data insights. Provide timely and accurate reporting for leadership, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR MIS, HR reporting, or HR analytics. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success. Factors, Oracle HCM, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel advanced functions). Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data requirements and reporting solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
