Security Officer - Full Time

The Security Officer supports the Port of Galveston by maintaining a safe, secure, and customer-focused environment across marine terminal facilities. The role performs access control, monitors assigned areas, conducts proactive rounds, and reports irregularities in alignment with Port procedures and the Port’s security framework, including TWIC verification, MARSEC posture, and Facility Security Plan (FSP) requirements.

Officers ensure a positive guest and stakeholder experience while upholding safety, professionalism, and operational readiness.
