Full Time Maintenance Mechanic/Groundskeeper

Seabrook School District is actively seeking a candidate for a Full -Time Maintenance Mechanic/Groundskeeper. The Maintenance Mechanic/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining school buildings, grounds, athletic facilities, and equipment in a safe, clean, and efficient condition. This position performs skilled maintenance and repair work on school facilities while also providing year-round groundskeeping services to ensure a safe and attractive learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required Techinical training or experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, groundskeeping, or a related field preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentary, and landscaping practices Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment, power tools, tractors, mowers, and snow removal equipment Valid driver's license required Ability to obtain required certifications as determined by the district
