HR Coordinator (HRCOORD-02)

New Freedom's Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive support across recruitment, onboarding, employee support, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and HR operations. This position serves as a primary resource for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and HR team members while coordinating all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing employment support.

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a positive employee experience, maintaining compliance, supporting workforce initiatives, and helping New Freedom attract, hire, and retain top talent.
