Cash Application Specialist

Provides financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization as it relates to the processing and application of payments to customer accounts to ensure accurate data and reports are provided to clients and management.  Processes lockbox, ACH and other automated payment files as well as any returned or overpayment customer checks.

Provides customer service support thru telephone and email response and problem resolution directly with customers. Provides back up to Billing Specialist, as needed. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting procedures.
