Flexible scheduling for many roles Position Summary Provide intensive individual, group, and crisis counseling case management services.
Interview referred individuals to determine eligibility for Court Clinic Treatment and provide clinical recommendations upon intake. Maintain individual caseload including therapy, case management, etc. Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for everyone on caseload; coordinate and consult with others to develop treatment plans; provide assessments information.
Provide ongoing weekly/biweekly/monthly progress reports to referral sources in a timely manner as appropriate/required. Conduct diagnostic assessments and prepare assessment report summaries for referral sources. Attend case conference meetings with supervisor to discuss, review, and analyze caseload for evaluation of services delivered.
Facilitate outpatient treatment groups. Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance. Maintain timely documentation and meet service delivery requirements. Work closely with criminal justice staff, treatment personnel, and community partners to coordinate treatment services. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, treatment providers, probation officers, outside agencies, and community partners.
Make court appearances as required. Perform other duties as requested. What We Value in our next Assessor Bachelor’s degree in either social sciences, criminal justice or other related field.
