Residential Support Worker (Jasmine Cottage/Knott)

Company : KRCC Worksite /Location: Jasmine Cottage/Knott County Location : Emmalena Position Title : Residential Support Worker Employment Type : Regular Full-time Credentials Required : High School diploma/GED and valid driver’s license Special Skills/ Knowledge Required : Reliable and dependable; ability to utilize the electronic medical record; excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Primary Functions of job :

1. Provide direct services in a residential setting to adults with Serious Mental Illness.
2. Provide transportation services utilizing a KRCC vehicle.
3. Assure safety and cleanliness in the home.
4. Provide medication administration to clients in the home.
5. Enter information in the electronic medical record in a timely manner. Shift / Days & Work Hours : Monday
