• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or another relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum one-year duration) in Occupational Health & Safety or a recognised HSE discipline.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent internationally recognised HSE qualification.
• ISO 45001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification.
• Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis training (Tap. RooT®, ICAM, SCAT, or equivalent).
• Successful completion of QELNG mandatory site inductions, medical fitness requirements, and client competency assessments prior to mobilisation.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant HSE experience in the oil & gas, LNG, refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or equivalent field HSE role supporting maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, construction, or brownfield projects.
• Proven experience supporting catalyst replacement, reactor and vessel entry, associated mechanical works, plant maintenance, and high-risk shutdown activities.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ISO 45001 HSE Management Systems, Contract Resources HSE procedures, and QELNG contractor HSE requirements.
• Previous experience working with Qatar. Energy LNG (QELNG), Qatar. Energy, Qatargas, major LNG operators, EPC contractors, or industrial services companies is highly desirable. Rig Operator Minimum 5 years of experience in catalyst handling, reactor/vessel cleaning, inert entry, industrial cleaning, or Oil & Gas shutdown projects. Experience operating rigging equipment, winches, and specialized tools used in catalyst replacement activities. Pump Operator Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects. Experience operating pumps, hydro testing, flushing, pressure testing, and supporting shutdown/maintenance activities required. Helper Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, construction, or industrial maintenance projects. Experience supporting mechanical, catalyst, cleaning, rigging, or general site activities preferred.
