Senior Project Manager

The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), a leading global humanitarian organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Executive Management of JDC-FSU. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a strategic thinker, dynamic project manager, and creative problem-solver to play a pivotal role in driving social change.

Location: Jerusalem (Hybrid) Type: Full-time position Reports to: Managing Director In this position, you will: Support cross-divisional projects and operational excellence. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic processes and annual work plans. Facilitate effective communication and create compelling content for executive use.

Foster collaboration across diverse teams and manage key priorities. Streamline day-to-day operations and follow-up on action items and key priorities for the managing Director.

Requirements

A degree (MBA preferred) and 3+ years of experience in a similar or project management role, ideally in the nonprofit or international development sector. Strong English communication and excellent writing skills (native-level) and fluency in Hebrew. Analytical, detail-oriented, and a big-picture thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a passion for driving social impact. The confidence to work closely with top executives and lead complex, multi-stakeholder processes. Cross-cultural work capabilities.
