Business Analyst

For our respectable Client, an international company and a leader in its industry, DEKRA Arbeit BH d.o.o. is advertising the following position: Business Analyst (m/f) Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business decision-making through performance analysis, reporting, financial operations, and cross-functional coordination.

This position acts as a bridge between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Management teams, providing valuable business insights and supporting continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business performance, sales results, profitability, and key business KPIs. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making. Identify business trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Support the preparation of business cases and investment proposals. Monitor customer and product profitability.

Coordinate credit notes, rebates, bonus schemes, and commercial accruals. Support monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Maintain dashboards and performance reporting tools. Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare materials for business review meetings. Drive process improvement initiatives, automation, and digitalization projects.

Coordinate activities across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain functions. Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Finance, Controlling, Commercial Finance, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Experience working with large datasets and business reporting. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Good command of English, both written and spoken. (Additional languages are considered an advantage.)
