Pharmacist Retail - PRN

This position dispenses medications for patients upon receipt of a medication order in ready-to-use form when possible and properly labeled for administration. The pharmacist provides medication information to the medical and nursing staff upon request. Also monitors medication therapy for appropriateness, indications, optimal therapeutic choice, interactions, dosing, side effects, adverse reactions, and proper storage conditions, and notifies the prescriber as necessary.
