Volunteer Catering Assistant

Our kitchens are at the heart of Naomi & Jack's, providing a welcoming, relaxed, and friendly environment for everyone. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our chefs in delivering the high-quality catering service enjoyed by our patients, families, and staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dedicated team and help make a positive difference!

As a Kitchen Volunteer, your duties may include: Laying tables Operating small dishwashers Assisting with the kitchen cleaning rota, including cleaning fridges, work surfaces, store cupboards, and kitchens across the hospice buildings Restocking supplies and replenishing food storage containers With plenty going on in the kitchen, this is a varied, enjoyable, and rewarding role.

Whether you can spare time once a week or once a fortnight, we would love to hear from you. We provide a comprehensive induction and training programme, along with ongoing support from our friendly team. We are committed to ensuring that all volunteers feel confident in their role, have a positive volunteering experience, and know how much their contribution is valued.
