Roadmaster - Previous RR MOW/Leadership/Engineering experience & Class A CDL required!

As a Roadmaster, you’ll lead Maintenance of Way teams and ensure the safety and reliability of railroad infrastructure. Working outdoors across your territory, you’ll oversee track maintenance and repairs while promoting a safe, productive environment. You’ll build and develop the team through interviewing, hiring, training, and performance coaching, and resolve issues with fairness and professionalism.

You’ll also support safe, efficient, and compliant MoW operations, foster cross‑department collaboration, and help advance track, signal, and capital project goals.
