GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Focused on supporting the company’s operational and financial performance through data analysis and market related research, primarily analyzing property expenses and expense related performance. Provide a combination of financial analysis, operational analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and expense support.
