Regional Customer & Sales Support Operations

Your role

You work closely with sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders You m aintain accurate customer data and system notes You communicate with customers regarding orders, confirmations, delivery and invoicing You accept customer purchase orders (including clarifications and additional information) You generate intercompany orders and monitor them You confirm customer orders and provide updates You liaise closely with intercompany team (CCSS) on deliveries You invoice customer and submit documentation as required You monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution Quality issue reporting and follow up actions as well as p rocess return orders (as applicable) are also amongst your tasks You act as back-up to service coordination and rental coordination What makes you a great fit You have customer service experience in an order fulfilment environment You are experienced in order processing, freight coordination and invoicing in an international context Knowledge of and experience with customs topics and incoterms are an advantage you have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers you have an independent and service-oriented way of working; organizational skills, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths you have a confident manner on the phone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs you have a good excellent command of English What our team appreciates most A unique organizational culture based on trust, personal freedom and individual responsibility A work environment with a strong focus on sustainability, diversity and flexible time management State-of-the-art infrastructure and professional teams who enjoy their work A creative and international environment in which innovative ideas are valued Learning and development opportunities for professional and personal growth Passion and motivation are just as important to us as the job profile.
