In addition to competitive pay, we offer exceptional benefits including: 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees 401(k) and Roth 401(k) plans with up to a 4% company match Employer-paid life insurance 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Paid vacation Weekly pay Primary Responsibilities Include: Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Requirements 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred Strong understanding of plumbing systems Knowledge of local plumbing codes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
