Read sketches, prints, operating instructions and proceed accordingly. Test and time machinery. Is able to repair, adjust, trouble-shoot, and time food processing equipment. Is able to repair, adjust, trouble-shoot, and time weigh scales, metal detectors, and case printers. Fabricate and assemble parts to construct machinery and equipment. Proficient in Mig and Tig welding processes. Demonstrated welding skills with all metals, especially stainless steel. Check materials and parts and makes requests for same. Understand food processing equipment computer control systems.

Requirements

Forklift experience - must be certified. Must demonstrate the ability to complete tasks assigned and provide positive inputs to set priorities and the ability to make sound decisions while working on tasks in a timely manner. Ability to occasionally lift and carry heavy items, up to 60 lbs. Strong organizational, problem-solving skills.

Must be punctual and regular attendance required.
