Director of Finance

The Director of Finance oversees all finance and accounting team members with responsibilities such as, but not limited to, billing, payroll, employee benefits, 403(b) retirement plan, accounting, and finance. The Director of Finance directs, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the daily accounting/finance activities of the organization, establishes and enforces accounting methods, prepares financial reports, monitors and records financial activity, maintains the integrity of accounting and reporting functions, prepares, manages, and coordinates annual audit with auditors and departments, supervises, coordinates and participates in financial/budget research and analytical projects, prepares reports, provides recommendations regarding research findings, and other functions as assigned.
