Position: Instructional Designer Location: Mysore To apply: [email protected] Remuneration: Rs 3 Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs per Annum Experience: 1+ Years Responsibilities Develop detailed Storyboards for instructional content, activities and assessments. Utilise Adobe captivate to design and develop interactive and multimedia rich learning modules.

Collaborate with SMEs/ Team leads to gather the required information. Visualise instructional graphics, user interface and final product. Collaborate with the media team to develop graphics and videos required for the e-learning modules. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in instructional design or Education technology preferred.

1+ years of relevant work experience. Awareness of the latest L&D theories/ frameworks and deeply familiar with SCORM, Bloom’s Taxonomy. Demonstrate strong communication skills. Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
