Moderator - Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in moderating and hosting live and recorded virtual medical webinars under the guidance of experienced moderators. Coordinate with doctors, speakers, and internal teams for session preparation and execution. Assist with speaker onboarding and pre-session technical checks. Prepare and send session invitations, reminders, joining details, and follow-up communications.

Assist with post-session activities such as recording coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; candidates from Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory. 0–1 year of experience Good pronunciation and english communication, confidence, and a professional/presentable demeanor. Ability to work in rotational shifts and support weekend sessions, if required.
