Residential Program Manager
Job description
CHD Meadows Homes is seeking a dynamic Residential Program Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight of 4-5 residential homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Manager is responsible for supervising House Supervisors and providing oversight to more than 50 direct care staff.
On-call responsibilities Monday – Friday and rotating weekends.
