Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables efficiently and promptly
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Refill water glasses and assist with china and utensil replenishment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining space, including wiping down tables and chairs
• Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
