What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers who enter the service department Direct incoming calls and forward them accordingly Process customer payments and credit card transactions Light bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions in Excel Workbook Assist the Service Team with various administrative duties as needed Who We're Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in administrative, customer-facing roles Previous dealership experience preferred but not required Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required Proficiency in dealership software (CDK, Vin.
