We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to lead our Dade City warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and help build a high-performing team as our business grows. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building processes, developing people, and making a measurable impact.

We're looking for a leader who is just as comfortable operating a forklift and supporting the shipping team as they are managing inventory, improving systems, and driving performance.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping. Establish and maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse using 5S and continuous improvement practices. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis. Maintain proper product rotation, storage, and warehouse organization. Shipping, Fulfillment & Logistics Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. Oversee shipping operations using ShipStation, ERP systems, and retailer-specific shipping portals.

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, brokers, and third-party logistics partners. Maintain compliance with retailer shipping requirements, including labeling, routing guides, and delivery expectations. Identify opportunities to improve order accuracy, reduce shipping errors, and streamline fulfillment processes.

Provide hands-on shipping support when needed. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and support a warehouse team of approximately five employees, with opportunities to expand the team as business grows. Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and maintain accountability.

Create work schedules that support operational needs and productivity. Foster a positive, safety-focused environment built on teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement. Lead by example, stepping onto the warehouse floor whenever needed. Process Improvement & Safety Monitor operational performance, including shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and on-time fulfillment.

Identify operational challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions. Support improvements to warehouse technology, scanning systems, and inventory controls. Maintain OSHA compliance, forklift safety, and proper equipment usage. Collaborate with Production, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Success to support business needs.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience, including parcel and LTL shipping. 3+ years of direct warehouse leadership experience managing teams of five or more employees. Proven success improving inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and warehouse efficiency.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP inventory systems, and shipping software such as ShipStation or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Forklift certification and hands-on operating experience, with the ability to train and certify other operators. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willingness to work directly alongside the team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience shipping to major retailers such as Lowe's, The Home Depot, Walmart, or Amazon. Familiarity with retailer compliance requirements, EDI systems, and shipping portals. Experience implementing warehouse organization programs, barcode scanning, or process improvements. Lean, Six Sigma, OSHA 30-Hour, or APICS/ASCM certification.

Experience helping expand or establish warehouse operations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Military veteran background.
