Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Beaufont Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for our 120-bed center in Richmond, VA. The selected individual will be responsible for: strong clinical outcomes, census and census mix, and positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will have well-developed team building skills, a commitment to quality improvement, and the ability to motivate others and raise the bar to achieve and maximize the potential of the center.
