The General Maintenance Technician II performs maintenance services and repairs at our resort, ensuring that all facilities and villas are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance requests, and executing repairs to enhance the guest experience and ensure safety.

Success in this role involves maintaining high-quality standards for both the interior and exterior of the assigned area through daily inspections, troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, having proficient experience with the use of hand tools, and a thorough understanding of dispatching systems.
