Key Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of our company by creating positive experiences with every phone call. Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls. Support customers by identifying the correct automotive parts, offering product options, and finalizing sales over the phone. Develop a strong understanding of the parts, services, and solutions we provide.

Uphold our Never Say No values by offering all available product options and solutions. Process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately within our systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call center operations. Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a high level of product knowledge in every interaction.
