- Tulsa, OK, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Go Security Pro is seeking a full-time Project Manager for our cybersecurity consulting practice. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate client engagements that help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture, reduce risk, and meet regulatory and business requirements. You will work closely with cybersecurity consultants, client stakeholders, and company leadership to ensure projects are executed efficiently and delivered with exceptional quality. This role will also provide select executive administrative support to company leadership, requiring discretion, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills. Our core service offerings include cybersecurity risk assessments and audits, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and virtual CISO. As our company grows, this role may also support emerging service areas. Salary: $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience. Location: This role is on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Minimal travel required, up to 25%. Position Responsibilities: Manage cybersecurity consulting engagements from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, resource allocations, and project documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery. Coordinate activities among internal consultants, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors as necessary. Monitor project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications. Work closely with technical teams supporting cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and virtual CISO engagements. Ensure that project objectives are delivered on time and meet company and client expectations for quality. Identify project risks and issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Track project progress and provide reporting to company leadership and client stakeholders. Provide consistent follow-through with client points of contact and stakeholders as well as internal management to ensure appropriate visibility and escalation where needed. Develop a working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts to effectively support project execution and client communications. Work on many projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of organization and professionalism. Maintain a professional demeanor that helps elevate the corporate brand. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery and operational effectiveness. Provide executive administrative support to company leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, and follow-up on key priorities. Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas and supporting materials, document action items, and help ensure timely follow-through. Handle sensitive business, personnel, and client information with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Management, Marketing or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. Prior experience in technology, cybersecurity, IT consulting, software implementation, infrastructure, or a related technical field is preferred.
Familiarity with cybersecurity consulting services, risk management, compliance programs, or information security is a plus.
