Your focus is on service, clarity, and delivering a smooth experience.What the Job Looks Like. In this position, you’ll have a consistent workflow and daily interaction with members.

You’ll be responsible for:Scheduling and confirming consultations. Meeting with members through phone or online calls. Breaking down benefit options in a friendly, easy-to-follow way. Assisting with digital applications and simple online steps. Keeping organized notes and handling follow-up communication. Ensuring each member feels supported and informed.
