SSD Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Manages the overall operations of the Stainless Steel Department including planning, production, refurbishing, quality, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of all SSD sections. Develop production schedules in collaboration with planning. Ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals are achieved. Lead and mentor section heads and supervisors. Implement continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Coordinate with design, logistics, and sales teams. Manage departmental KPIs and reporting. Handle manpower planning and development. Recommend process and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. At least 5 years leadership experience in fabrication or stainless operations. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, quality systems, and lean practices. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
