Handyman is required urgently for a temporary job at a healthcare facility based near Gravesend, Kent. Handyman will need to have an enhanced DBS check. Pay up to £16.50p/h, M-F 8-4.30. Position could lead into a permanent job role. JOB DUTIES The Handyman job will involve the following: The Handyman will carry out general maintenance and repairs.
Carry out planned maintenance tasks and minor plumbing. The Handyman will be responsible for basin temperature checks and adjusting TMV’s. The Handyman will also carry out emergency lighting tests. The Handyman may also be required to carry out some gardening and window restrictors checks. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate for the Handyman job will have experience working in a commercial or healthcare environment.
Preferably have good knowledge of plumbing maintenance. The Handyman will be required to have an enhanced DBS check. Suitable candidates for the Handyman job will be available to start immediately. JOB LOCATION The Handyman job is based near to Gravesend Station, Kent, DA11 0HP. JOB OFFER The Handyman job is temporary to permanent Pay up to £16.
