Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor job in London Bridge. Working in a luxury hotel. Permanent job offering up to £30, 000 pa + benefits. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Supervisor job will involve; Planning maintenance programmes, overseeing repairs and installation works. Leading both PPM and reactive maintenance services to ensure timely completion of works.

Carry out inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety policies and conduct risk assessments. Planning, managing and coordinating projects and maintenance works including producing capital budgets. Recruit, supervise and train maintenance team members and provide technical support. Complete monthly energy reports and record.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidate for the Maintenance Supervisor job will be qualified in an electrical, mechanical, HVAC trade discipline. Have previous management experience, project management and budget planning. Have excellent IT and administration skills. Be flexible to travel to attend regional and UK meetings. Good health and safety knowledge.
