Pay and Miles**

• $1,400 to $1,500 per week • Approximately 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week • Fuel bonus opportunities of 1 to 4 cents per mile based on fuel efficiency performance

Drivers run throughout the Southwest, with consistent regional freight supporting productive weekly miles.

Home Time and Running Areas**

Drivers typically run 5-7 days before returning home for a weekly reset.

Trucks must be parked at a designated MVT terminal or approved yard during home time and cannot be taken home.

Equipment**

Drivers operate late-model International LT trucks designed for comfort and productivity.

• 71-inch sleepers and automatic transmissions • APUs, inverters, and space for a refrigerator • All equipment is less than three years old and maintained through Penske's nationwide maintenance network

If a truck requires extended repairs, replacement equipment is provided whenever possible to help keep drivers moving and earning.

Freight**

• Variety of dry van loads for major customer accounts • 100% no-touch freight • Large percentage of drop-and-hook freight

This freight mix helps minimize delays and maximize driving time.
