Sales Executive
Job description
Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across the organization. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and attract top talent, and guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle — from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop compelling job postings, and set hiring timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. Maintain compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Two or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or a related industry. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline, along with a minimum of two years of hands-on recruiting experience — ideally within the hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Boolean search techniques, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage a high-volume requisition load without sacrificing quality, and a strong command of employment legislation and compliance standards. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as is prior experience recruiting for both corporate and resort-based positions.
Benefits
Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a competitive total rewards package designed to attract and retain top talent. Team members enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a generous 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off that includes vacation days, sick leave, and company holidays. Additional perks include discounted rates at Marriott-branded resorts and hotels worldwide, tuition reimbursement for continued professional development, and access to employee wellness programs.
You'll also benefit from a collaborative, inclusive work culture that values career growth, with clear pathways for advancement within one of the world's leading vacation ownership companies.
