Oversee a large food production and packaging facility, producing fresh food and bakery products and providing service to 50 branches in 8 states Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors Maintain and strive to improve efficiency standards Comply with SQF standards Demonstrate a full understanding of culinary practices and hold production team members accountable for using proper portion control methods and techniques Control food and labor cost Requirements: 7 or more years of experience managing a food production and packaging facility Serv.
