CNC Manufacturing Specialist

Greener Corporation is seeking a skilled Senior CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate our Mazak Integrex Mill-Turn equipment. At Greener, our machinists do more than run machines. What You'll Do

·Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex (Mill-Turn) machining centers.

• Develop machining processes directly from engineering drawings.
• Program using Mazatrol and/or G-code.
• Select tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies.
• Machine precision components while maintaining tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, fixture, and programming issues.
• Improve cycle times, quality, and machine utilization.
• Inspect first-piece parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill-Turn experience strongly preferred.
• Mazatrol programming experience preferred.
• Blueprint and GD&T interpretation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
