Class 4 Driver (Metro)

We are looking for a Class 4 Driver for our client in East Christchurch. Duties include but are not limited to: Operating Class 4 hook truck, Class 4 front loader truck and class 2 rear loader truck Collecting waste from client sites (no curbside pick up) Returning and tipping truck to unload Flexible to do yard work on site if required - operating loader or modified forklift Requirements are: Class 4 license (truck is fully automatic) Preferably waste / hook / front load / rear load truck experience (training provided for right candidate) Preferably experience in the recycling / waste industry (training provided for right candidate) Knowledge of Christchurch roads to navigate Tech savvy to operate in truck computer systems Physically fit for manual labouring as needed (lifting up to 15kg) -> e.

g. entering and exiting trucks safely regularly, on site operation of machinery, moving bins Beneficial F endorsement and W endorsement (for on-site yard work) -> Experience operating Forklift or Loader Right to work in New Zealand & contactable references Ability to pass drug test, MOJ Case by case Reliable and own transportation to get to and from work We offer: Pay $28 - $32/hr -> Pay depending on skills, experience and endorsements 8% holiday pay Monday to Friday, 6am start -> Earlier start and finish on Fridays Temp to perm OR permanent opportunity (depending on candidate) Please apply online today or email careers@fastforce.
