General Laborer - Scrap Yard

Now hiring General Laborers at Alter Metal Recycling in Dubuque, IA. Hours: Monday through Friday: 7am - 4pm Summary: We are looking to stable and hard working, enthusiastic, individuals that want to be part of our operating. Laborer and Welder experience is a plus. Equipment Operating is a plus. Experienced with basic hand and power tools.

May perform specialized tasks which may require on-the job training. Experience in the manufacturing, production, outdoor, scrap-yard work environment. Communication, teamwork, organization, problem solving, and punctuality is a must. We are looking for long-term candidate who are self-motivated, energetic, trainable, reliable, and eager to learn.

Candidate should have good attendance, a good work ethic, a pleasant attitude, reliable transportation. Candidate must also be hard working and able to stay on task with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
