Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and dedicated paid on-call Firefighters to join our team. As a Firefighter, you will respond to fires, alarms, traffic accidents, emergency medical calls, and other emergencies. You will work to protect Life, Property, and the Environment.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass physical fitness tests
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to public safety and serving the communityPotential preference to those already MN State Certified FF 2 Responsibilities:- Respond to fire alarms and other emergencies (30% per annum)
• Operate firefighting and rescue equipment efficiently
• Perform search and rescue operations
• Participate in training and drills to maintain skills
• Educate the public on fire safety and prevention
• Maintain equipment and vehiclesBenefits:

Firefighters are compensated for actual hours worked, including emergency responses, training and special events. You don't need experience to become a firefighter.
