Director of Human Health & Safety

AMPI is immediately hiring for a Director of Human Health & Safety. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the company's enterprise-wide occupational health, safety, and injury prevention strategy across six food manufacturing facilities and serves as the organization's senior subject matter expert in employee health and safety, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture focused on eliminating workplace injuries and illnesses.

The Director partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Leadership teams to establish safety excellence standards, improve risk management practices, and drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing locations.
