Village Behavioral Health (VBH) 🚨 Be the Difference in Real-Time Crisis Response Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is seeking motivated, dependable Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) to join our Comprehensive Mobile Crisis Responder (MCR) team for day and evening coverage . This role is designed for professionals who are ready to step into critical moments, provide immediate intervention, and help stabilize individuals experiencing behavioral health crises across Virginia.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that “it takes a village” to foster healing, stability, and recovery through person-centered, trauma-informed care. 💻 Position Overview This position combines remote documentation and coordination with in-person mobile crisis response within assigned service areas.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide intervention, de-escalation, and connection to care. Mobile Crisis Responder (MCR) Program Day and evening-focused role Full-time & part-time opportunities available ⏰ Schedule Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Day Shift 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mid Day : 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM -8:00 AM May include weekends and holidays based on coverage needs 📍 Service Areas Richmond, Greenville County, Prince Edward County, Amelia County, Dinwiddie County, Prince George County, Powhatan County, Goochland County, Hanover County, and the Blackstone/Fort Pickett area 💰 Compensation Compensation is based on experience and availability.
