Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly Provide wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management Supervise CNAs and other support staff Document all care provided accurately and promptly Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team Qualifications: Valid LPN license in North Carolina Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing or LTC experience preferred CPR certification (BLS preferred) Ability to work 12-hour shifts Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Benefits: Competitive pay with night/weekend differentials Paid orientation and ongoing support Flexibility in scheduling (day/night, part-time or PRN) Opportunities for contract-to-hire
