Chef Manager (WFAW)

Chef Manager Location: Weatherford, TX Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef Manager to oversee food and beverage operations in a smaller, stand-alone community setting. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for culinary excellence and strong leadership skills, managing properties such as Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Independent Living (IL)-only communities, typically with fewer than 100 units and a central kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all food and beverage operations within the community, ensuring high standards of sanitation, service, and food quality. Oversee daily kitchen activities, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain financial management responsibilities similar to those of an F&B Director, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Lead, train, and motivate kitchen and dining staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment. Collaborate with community leadership to align food and beverage services with resident needs and preferences. Monitor and improve operational efficiencies to enhance resident satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in smaller, stand-alone communities or similar settings. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety regulations, and quality control. Demonstrated financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
